SHIPPING AND CHARGES

 

What's the shipping charge of SHOFON?

• UAE: If your order amount is 100 AED or more, it's free. If below 100 AED, it'll be 20 AED.
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: It differs as how many items you order. We offer free delivery from 350 SAR.

How long does it take?

• UAE: If you placed the order before 1pm everyday, delivery starts from next working day.
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain: Once we receive your order, courier company(Fetchr) will be in contact with you. Delivery can start only after getting your confirmation. Once it is started after your confirmation, it takes 2~4 working days to get it delivered to you.
• There's no delivery on Friday and public holidays.

Where do you deliver?

• We do service for UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabiaand Bahrain for now. We'll keep on expanding!

I placed the order, how can I track my order?

• Check your tracking number which is sent to you via SMS and/or e-mail.

Can I change delivery schedule?

Can I schedule for delivery myself?

• Absolutely. First, when order is picked by courier, you'll receive SMS.
• On SMS, you can click the link for scheduling your delivery.
• Scheduling app or website will be opened, here you can do it yourself.

Any COD charges?

• No, we do not require any additional fees for Cash On Delivery options.
